Miles, and staff, I can't even begin to thank you for ALL you and your staff did to make my Mom and Dad's funerals so memorable. That is correct my Mom and Dad past away exactly one week apart with my Dad passing first. Miles did such a tremendous job. I am one of 10 in our family and I cannot thank Miles and his staff for his professionalism and attention to every detail. This allowed our family concentrate on supporting each other in our loss. Miles, made my mother look like mom again even after 4 years of dementia and alzheimer declined her body. Miles and the entire staff were so kind and caring during the entire process of taking care of my dad. Everything they did was top notch and just fine with the highest of class. When I lost my uncle who wanted to have his services in Churubusco I was apprehensive to say the least. I had a few experiences with a large funeral home operation in Ft. Wayne and although I was never really happy with the way my family was treated I thought that was just the standard. When we met with Miles all of that apprehension melted away with his genuine respect, concern, and care for myself, my uncle, and my family. I expected high pressure sales for casket and flowers and additional unnecessary services that I had experienced before. Not once did I feel like we were being taken advantage of or under any pressure. Six months later I lost my Dad and there was no question as to where I was going to have his services. Once again, the same kindness, respect, and genuine compassion was received along with efforts over and above what one would expect from a funeral home. Without a doubt, my husband & I will be pre-planning our services here.
